Campus Leadership

 It is with gratitude and enthusiasm that I introduce myself as the new principal of Dr. Mae Jones-Clark Elementary School. I am Victoria Landry, a passionate, transformative, and servant leader. I offer 21 years of educational experience, having served as a Teacher at Martin Elementary, Curriculum Coordinator and Assistant Principal at Fletcher Elementary, Reading Academies Cohort Leader for all the Beaumont Independent School District (BISD) Elementary Campuses, and ELA Amplify Coordinator across three campuses, Homer Dr., Martin, and Pietzch-MacArthur Elementary. Throughout my career, I have been committed to instructional leadership, literacy development, and school improvement, with a passionate focus on academic success for every child. 

My journey in BISD has been truly inspiring and rewarding. Within the Office of Innovation, I have had the privilege of collaborating with and supporting many campuses, from elementary to high school, by providing observational feedback, coaching teachers, leading professional development, supporting instructional coaches, and offering data-driven insights to campus leadership teams. 

I earned a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree from Lamar University. I will complete my Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction from the American College of Education in May/June 2025, proudly maintaining a 4.0 GPA in both graduate programs. My academic studies and leadership experiences have equipped me to lead with vision, intentionality, collaboration, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.

Beyond my professional role, I am a proud parent to two wonderful children: Willow, age 13, and Nathan, age 9, both of whom are students in the Beaumont Independent School District. This personal connection further ignites my passion and commitment to ensuring that every child receives the highest quality education.

As I enter this new chapter at Dr. Mae Jones-Clark Elementary, I am excited to partner with students, families, staff, and the community to continue building a school culture grounded in high expectations, collaborative relationships, and opportunities for every learner to fulfill their fullest potential.
